Personal trainer and private boxing coach in Notting Hill
Boxing done properly, in private, ten minutes from your front door in Notting Hill — no queues, no crowded classes, no wasted hour.

The approach
Get lean. Learn to box. In Notting Hill.
Notting Hill has no shortage of fitness. It has classes, studios and cycling packs. What it has less of is someone watching one person's feet for an hour and correcting them. Boxing is a technical sport; taught badly it is cardio with gloves on, taught properly it changes how you move, how you carry yourself and how quickly your body composition shifts.
A typical block starts with foundations — stance, guard, footwork — then layers in pad work, strength and conditioning, and nutrition that fits how you actually eat around Portobello and Westbourne Grove rather than a spreadsheet you will abandon by week three. Clients who want it can progress to controlled sparring, and a small number go on to a properly matched bout on a safe, well-organised show.
Everything is one-to-one. You are not sharing attention with eleven other people.

Notting Hill FAQ
Questions people ask first.
I've never boxed. Will I be out of my depth?
No. Most clients start with zero boxing background. The first sessions are stance, guard and footwork — nobody hits you, and nothing is rushed.
Can we train at my home in Notting Hill?
Yes. Ed brings pads and equipment; a garden, garage or living room with a little floor space is enough.
How often should I train?
Two sessions a week is the sweet spot for visible change, supported by simple work you do on your own between them.
