Private boxing coach and body transformation coaching in West London

Private coaching · West London
Get lean.
Learn to box.
Private boxing and body transformation coaching for busy men who want to look better, perform better and actually enjoy getting fit.
The honest starting point
You don't need another gym membership.
Most men who come to Ed are not unmotivated. They run companies, teams and busy households. They know exactly what they should be doing. What they don't have is a method that survives a full diary, client dinners and travel.
The result is familiar: months of on-and-off effort, a body that never quite changes, and training that feels like an obligation rather than something to look forward to.
- 01Workouts that bore you within three weeks
- 02Training that stops the moment work gets busy
- 03No accountability once you leave the gym
- 04Nutrition that never quite holds together
- 05Body fat that refuses to shift around a demanding schedule

Training should give you
more than burned calories.
Learn a skill. Build a fighter's fitness. Build a body you're proud of.

Why boxing
Fitness you actually want to get better at.
Boxing is the most complete training method most men never try properly. It builds a lean athletic body as a by-product of learning a real skill — which is precisely why it holds attention when nothing else does.
- 01
Skill
Every session has something to get better at. Footwork, timing, distance — measurable craft rather than repetition.
- 02
Conditioning
Rounds build a work capacity that treadmills never will. Lean, athletic conditioning, not just fatigue.
- 03
Focus
You cannot think about your inbox while catching a combination. An hour of genuine mental quiet.
- 04
Confidence
Competence changes how you carry yourself. Knowing how to handle yourself is quietly powerful.
- 05
Progression
Clear levels to move through, so training keeps its edge months and years in.

About Ed
Coached by a fighter.
Built for real life.
Ed boxed professionally before moving into private coaching, and was an Amateur Boxing London Development Champion in 2021. That background shapes how he teaches: properly, patiently and without shortcuts. Technique first, then conditioning, then the kind of sharpness that only comes from repetition done well.
He is also exceptionally lean himself, and has spent years understanding what actually keeps a physique that way through work, travel and a normal social life. His nutrition guidance is deliberately simple — food you'll eat, habits you'll keep.
Most of Ed's clients are professionals in their thirties and forties. He doesn't expect them to train like fighters or eat like bodybuilders. He expects consistency, and he builds the structure that makes consistency possible.

Testimonials
In their words.
Men who came in busy, plateaued and sceptical — and left leaner, sharper and able to box.
Ed stripped away everything that wasn't working. Twelve weeks in I was leaner than I'd been in a decade — and I could actually box.
